www.sgpetchaccessories.co.uk and its affiliates provide access to the www.sgpetchaccessories.co.uk. website (the “website”) and sell products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. Please read these conditions carefully before using the www.sgpetchaccessories.co.uk. website. By using the www.sgpetchaccessories.co.uk. website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online accessories store and add any items that you wish to buy by clicking on the “Add To Basket” link which takes you to the shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click “Go To Checkout” and you will be asked to provide your billing details and preferred delivery address, which we’ll use to charge your account and send out your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices DO NOT include fitting charges unless otherwise stated. All accessory images used are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact part, although where possible have done our best to be as accurate as we can. We accept most major credit & debit cards.
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.sgpetchaccessories.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Postal Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping, Handling & Local Collection
All prices shown on the website exclude all shipping costs, these are included in the shopping cart along with V.A.T. We currently can’t accept orders outside of the United Kingdom mainland. If you live locally and would prefer to collect an item, please contact us beforehand to ensure the item is in stock at our premises in Darlington or with the manufacturer.
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). The expected postal time for your order is 2-3 business days. This is an estimated lead time only and may vary slightly. Your invoice will be included with your delivery.
We endeavour to inform you of a back order situation as soon as possible. A back ordered item is one that our suppliers, are temporarily unable to supply. We normally receive such back ordered items within 2-3 working days. You will NOT be charged for back ordered items until they are in stock and available for shipping If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed at our on-line accessory shop, your credit card details are handled by SagePay (www.sagepay.com/) which is the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. General return requirements
Same or unaltered condition (not an exhaustive list):
- Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received
- All parts must be intact
- Should be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item
- Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items
- Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included
Returns – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by telephone or by electronic mail. Please remember to quote ALL invoice numbers and date of receipt. Cancellations – You have a right to cancel your order and request a refund, provided notice – either by email, fax or in writing – is given to us no more than fourteen (14) working days from the day after you received the goods. Please remember to quote ALL invoice numbers and date of receipt. Refunds – we do not issue credit notes as a refund alternative. Refunds are made using the same method as that of payment taken.
